I do not usually write review unless it is either extremely bad or good. In this case, it is extremely bad. It was a horrible experience that I went with Igenomix. My IVF clinic sent the sample to them, it has been more than 2 weeks and we still have not heard from them. They called and emailed me for the hipping fee which I believed that they purposedly hold my result back due to the fee. I made a full package payment to them last year for the testing up to 9 months including the shipping, but they now said they "listened" ... read more
