Horrible experience with these guys. I don’t like leaving anything negative but wanted to give a heads up to others that they do not care if you’re testing is in network or if they just need to have an order updated to include the proper testing. I had to really search for a company that my insurance says was in network, and worked really hard to find that Igenomix was in network so had my order sent to them. Wow. I can't thank Igenomix enough for the care, empathy, multiple follow-ups, and overall pride they take in their work. Igenomix handled my recent medical records request in an extremely concerning and unprofessional manner. I contacted their medical records department simply to request my consent authorization form so I could receive a copy of my own PGT-A test report. Instead, I was mistakenly sent another patient’s confidential TRIO report request, which included sensitive personal information such as her name and date of birth.
