Igenomix handled my recent medical records request in an extremely concerning and unprofessional manner. I contacted their medical records department simply to request my consent authorization form so I could receive a copy of my own PGT-A test report. Instead, I was mistakenly sent another patient’s confidential TRIO report request, which included sensitive personal information such as her name and date of birth. Igenomix is a terrible company that handles such a vulnerable service in the most incompetent, inconsiderate way. They promised us a refund for overcharging us and for mishandling our billing and the timing of our results, but it has been a month and no one has responded to us, despite multiple emails and phone calls to them. If I could happen give them 0 stars, I would. :(

Over the last year, we've worked with dozens of doctors and labs all over the world. Igenomix USA is easily the worst lab we've worked with, full stop. We've hap better experiences with places that speak NO english and only use whatsapp. If you have ANY other options, use them.
