Igenomix is a terrible company that handles such a vulnerable service in the most incompetent, inconsiderate way. They promised us a refund for overcharging us and for mishandling our billing and the timing of our results, but it has been a month and no one has responded to us, despite multiple emails and phone calls to them. If I could happen give them 0 stars, I would. :(

Over the last year, we've worked with dozens of doctors and labs all over the world. Igenomix USA is easily the worst lab we've worked with, full stop. We've hap better experiences with places that speak NO english and only use whatsapp. If you have ANY other options, use them.

Waited on hold for 20 minutes just to have someone on the other line pick up, say something incoherent and then hang up. Why did I pay $2500 just for them to send me another invoice of almost $500? This place feels incompetent and not transparent about pricing. This is predatory since most insurance wont cover it. Very disgusted

Horrible experience. They put on their website to expect your pgt-a results within 7 business days. When I reached out to them to get an ETA, they gave me a date that was actually 11 business days after they received my samples. The results never came, so I called them the next day and they told me the ETA was now 3 more days from what they originally told me. I still have not received my results. It has been 18 days or 14 business days. If you have a choice to get your testing done somewhere else, do it!!
