My wife and I are currently going through an extremely difficult IVF process — something that is already emotionally, physically, and financially draining. This company is garbage. They NEVER answer their phone no matter when you call. They have an automatic system that puts you on hold for about 20 minutes and then hangs up on you. And good luck ever getting anyone to answer an email even though they claim that's their preferred method of contact. Oh, and they will charge you exorbitant fees without telling you so you only find out later on when you look at your bank statement. For instance, they charged me $650 for testing without telling me.
