Brandy Chase used to be a great place. Mark our words though, you can be a good renter, but when you move out, they will find ways to take every last dollar from you for "cleaning fees." We attempted to talk to them about it but were constantly put off to then resume the same conversation we had before and never got anywhere. They wore us down emotionally and we just gave in and paid them. We pay our debts. I can't say Brandy Chase takes responsibility for theirs.
The worst apartment I’ve ever lived at. This building is old and has had no renovations since the 70’s. ITS INFESTED WITH MOLD. mold in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. The landlord special at your finest. They refuse to fix anything and keep raising the rent. Pipes back up all the time and don’t drain water fast. They did the worst job putting “new” flooring in. They just left the other 7 layers of old linoleum under it. plus bubbles and rips all in the linoleum. Mold grows in the bathroom because they have cheep ceiling... read more
Absolutely, by FAR the worst company in existence! I have Never dealt with such a Nasty UNDERHANDED bunch of LIARS! Do yourself a big favor & find ANY OTHER person or group to rent from! THEIVES & LIARS! I repeat - ( THEY ARE THIEVES & LIARS! If I could give a worse review I would! Truth stay away from THIEVES & LIARS!
