This is the third time I've come at the advertised 7am opening time. This IGA just can't seem to open on time. At 7:20am I'd had enough and drove to City East IGA. They were open as advertised. Poor effort
Small grocery store, but adequate. Pricey
I was taken advantage of more than once. I do not recommend Hat Street Grocery.
