Very disappointing experience. Today I visited IGA Gilbert Street with my 2-year-old child. My child urgently needed to use a toilet, so I politely asked a young female staff member with light brown hair for assistance. I was simply told that the store had no toilet available. As a customer, I often choose to shop at IGA despite paying higher prices for products that are frequently available at Coles for less.
