stop ripping people off with your high prices for product and labor. your estment was 1350 for some thing that cost me 150.00. yep, won't be even changing my oil there any more. lost a customer who was going to your business for the last 5 yrs. I will be buying a 2017 truck in the fall, you lost out on this sale. Oh, others will also know how you over charged also.

Service department has the worst customer service. Used to be a good service department but after the turn over is has gone down hill. I will not buy another vehicle from C F Schwartz again...
Called about a motor mount bracket was told I must put a down payment on the bracket and if it’s the wrong one I am not allowed to return it. Because “That’s how it goes” Horrible customer service. Rather go to a scrap yard.

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, upfront, honest and not pushy like a few other dealers I had visited. I would absolutely recommend Mark as well as C.F.
