Ifrah is knowledgeable and thorough and has a welcoming demeanor.
I had to ask Nurse Practitioner Nur to leave the room and give me privacy so I could change into a gown. She would have stayed there otherwise. What?! That's basic clinical training 101. At the end of the visit when my results were in she said "I'm prescribing you macrobid". I responded, "I'm not sure if I've taken that before. Is that the generic name?" Her: "Yes. It ISN'T. The generic name is nitrofurantoin, a common antibiotic, which I've taken several times. Untrained and unprofessional.
I have had nothing but great experiences with this office. Nurse Practitioner, Nur, is always thorough and caring. I couldn't believe I found such a great practice.
