Six weeks ago, my Grandmother had 17 piers installed in her small 1950’s home. Ricky, the estimator, was very personable with her. He stayed and talked with her for an hour about the house, her health, etc. The labor employees they sent out to do the job were all on time and worked hard. The original estimate was very reasonable. The lead time to schedule the work showed us that these folks have plenty of business, yet it was not excessive. They have been faithful to stay in communication with us at each step of the process; and while I always felt informed, I felt as if I questions were welcome if I had them. On top of that they were priced reasonably. Best of all, they are honest. They had missed something the first time around and they came back and fixed it free of charge. They went above and beyond what is expected of a company and were a pleasure to speak with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
