I just had Tommy Barlow out with your company and I cannot find all the words to explain how happy I am! We had some areas I was uneasy about and called last minute yesterday to get him out. He came on time, was thorough and he took the time to explain the numbers on his measurments and what issues I was seeing actually were (small cosmetic areas due to settling). Six weeks ago, my Grandmother had 17 piers installed in her small 1950’s home. Ricky, the estimator, was very personable with her. He stayed and talked with her for an hour about the house, her health, etc. The labor employees they sent out to do the job were all on time and worked hard. They were efficient and kept us informed on what they were doing all day. The cracks in the ceiling and around the doors were several inches wide.
