He came out on short noticed and fix our tenants drain problem quickly. I would recommend his service to anyone that needs something solved quickly.
Tony was polite, professional, and prompt in providing us service and was the only one who could help us during the emergency. We had a frozen pipe burst that was flooding our basement. We needed to shut off the water but couldn't do it from inside the house so I put in a service request with PWD that never got submitted apparently. After multiple calls, they finally came and told us they couldn't shut off the water without a shutoff notice or defect notice, only to issue us a defect notice minutes later.
