Tony is a true professional. He cleared a clogged drain in my guest bath. Once the drain was cleared he stayed to test the tub. He also cleaned the area after clearing the clog. I absolutely will call again.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Ifixdit Plumbing & Drains. From the very beginning, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I expected reliable, respectful, and efficient service — but unfortunately, what I got was the exact opposite. My experience with IFixdit Plumbing & Drains was extremely disappointing. They arrived late for the scheduled appointment without any prior notice, showing a lack of professionalism. The technician seemed hurried and inattentive, rushing through the job without properly diagnosing or explaining the issue. The repair they performed was poorly done; the leak continued shortly after they left, and I had to call another plumber to fix their mistakes.
