Came in to get a battery replacement and was told it would take two hours. I came back to find out that the MagSafe portion of my iPhone was broken when was removed. I was then told it would take 4 to 5 business days for them to ship it somewhere else for repair. This is supposed to be a phone repair shop, right? When I was said and done, they didn’t have my phone back until 10 calendar days after they damaged it. It was such a frustrating process that I ended up just getting a new phone in the interim.
