DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR PHONE. Guy said he could fix the phone in mount Juliet put a new screen phone still had the same problem. Called told him and he said he would order another screen. Reached out when it arrived but it never got sent to Mount Juliet. We went to Franklin store then he looked and found a melted part on the motherboard. The first guy should have found this problem. Told him we wanted a refund and he said we had to go back to the other store and let them put the old screen back on to get a refund. He mis... read more
