Don’t go! The shop is a joint with men playing video games and lounging around. They told me they’d have the screen for my cracked iPad on Friday at 4. The owner wasn’t even around when I came in, didn’t call to tell me it wasn’t in, and seemed as disinterested in assisting me as could be. I did a google search and found, You Break, I FixFederal and the owner there fixed it for me on the spot. I Fix needs a big fix!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I brought my iPhone 11 here for a screen repair and the service was excellent! My phone was fixed in less than 15 minutes super fast, in and out, and the screen looks brand new. You honestly can’t tell it was ever cracked. When you call, they give you the prices upfront over the phone, and their prices are some of the most affordable in the West Palm Beach area. Great customer service, great turnaround time, and great quality work. I love it and highly recommend this place for any phone repairs!
I NEVER write reviews but this place deserves to be SHUT DOWN. Zero stars. IT’S A SCAM. The guy is rude, unprofessional, and straight up admitted it’s “Russian roulette” whether the screens he installs are good or not. Seriously?! I went in to fix a cracked screen with a black line, but the phone itself wasn’t lagging. Do you all reset iPhones if forgot iCloud and password?
asked him to replace my charging port , charged me 60$ and just temporarily fixed something, told me that he replaced the port. having the same issue after 5 days.
