RecommendedI want to recant my earlier statement. Marcus contacted me shortly after and was very apologetic. He was able to fully fix my phone and also went a step further and ordered me a screen protector and case! In the end he made things right and provided good service. Thank you Marcus for making things right!
This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! Marcus should be FIRED! I dropped my phone off on Sept 8 and was told 3-5 days to fix. I called several times after the promise date and was continuously given different shipment dates on when my parts would come in. On Tuesday, Sept 22nd I was told it still wasn’t ready, then an hour later he called back saying it was. When I arrived, another worker told me they were still waiting on the back part. I was livid! Everyone said it couldn't be done and I would have to buy a new phone. And while Apple and Geek Squad were giving me the runaround, I stumbled upon this saving grace. Not only did they fix my phone in an hour, but the price couldn't be beat! I'll never go anywhere else again.
Chris at ifix it and repair, gave an impeccable service and was uber helpful and knowledgeable. Great guy and services overall.
Horrible Service. Purchased a Groupon for the 6 Plus screen repair for my girlfriend. She went there and they refused to honor any portion of the Groupon because she had a 6s Plus... THEY ARE THE SAME PART?? Even Apple does not charge any difference between the two. This place is a scam and did not even make an attempt to work with us in any way shape or form. Avoid this place like the plague.

I came here to get my iPhone 6 screen fix and Chris was there. He was great, such a nice guy. He was very welcoming and informative. He did such a great job with my phone and recommended a couple of things to buy to make sure it doesn't happen again. I will come back to this store only because of the great customer service it had. Chris keep doing what your doing!!
