Unfortunately I had to do telehealth just to get a RX and it was never submitted. I was leaving for vacation and explicitly told them that and i was assured it would be submitted. But nope. Very frustrating after being his patient for 20 yrs. I even call several times during the day to remind the office and still received no response.
How do a doctor drop you for missing a appointment and your going through something while you're moving and the house has a lot of work going on
