sent a referral in and called 10 times to find the status. front desk REFUSED to help. said i just had to be patient and wait. kept calling. zero help and wouldn't return messages. finally by chance the referral person answered the phone to tell me that they didn't take my insurance. i wasted 10 weeks with my child suffering for this appointment just to find out they were doing nothing. absolutely awful.
We have been using Dr Ifeadike for almost 20 yrs. With one of my daughter's and now our grandosn. He doesn't rush to surgery such is wonderful. His staff is a pleasure to work with as well very helpful.
