They took the time to make sure everything with my dress and measurements were correct before designing my dress. When I placed my order in mid June, I selected a standard size going off their measurements table. Was advised that the top lace shown in the advertisement was discontinued and they shared photos of the available option, which I was fine with. I was also asked for additional measurements. Received my order before the end of July, but the top didn't fit. The sleeves were too tight to even fully pull on and ensure the rest of the dress fit. This dress was everything it showed to be online. It fitted beautifully. There was great communication from the maker. It was received well within the projected time frame. I loved that I could use the interest free payment plan! They even accommodated a special request with no issue. And the seam allowance!!!! I didn't need it, but wow, it was more than ever expected.
