IT HURTS SO GOOD! No really. I feel amazing after a couple sessions with Ian. He easily pointed all the areas where my muscles were out of whack. My shoulder has bugged me for quite some time and even made it hard to sleep at times. After Ian worked on it a couple times and gave me a home exercise plan I was feeling much better! He's really knowledgeable and helps you understand what's causing your pain. I'll continue recommending him to all my friends.
