my mother moved into these apartments a couple months ago and has recently passed within the last couple of weeks. Her rent was paid up in advance until August of 2020. She passed the third week of July. I have spoken to the management and they were very rude and snotty to me. They said that they talk to their attorney yet refused to give their attorneys name or the law firm that he or she works for. I would recommend this complex to anyone me getting kicked out was my own stupidity and not asking for help when I needed it if I thought I had a chance at all of getting back in there I would apply in a heart beat the landlord is amazing and always does her best to work with tenants the people in the complex are great and the school district is one of the best there is
my husband and I used to live at Apple Pointe apts. and had nothing but issues all the way to court I hate this place and you will too...
It is a quiet neighborhood and the apartments are comfortable.

We have lived here 8 months. 3 days ago our a.c. unit stopped it was 101 degrees. JOHN. Rose manager got it fixed in just a couple hrs. anything that had to be fixed has been done super fast good security runs like a tight ship we all ways tell people this a safe affordable place to call home clean maintenance man is all ways on the move doing for the other residents I hope they appreciate his hard work he's a good YOUNG hard worker
