My car being towed for parking at an open unassigned spot which is weirdest parking policy based on tenant experience.
First of far most , I am currently disappointed at the staff of idywillow apartments and their own management. Dealing with poor communication skills, lack of understanding and awful management overall. My partner and I loved living here until the renewal date had occurred and management didn’t do their job in renewing our lease agreement totaling us to pay more rent than we agreed on. I wanted to share my experience with the guest parking pass policy to encourage clearer communication for residents. Before any of this happened, a staff member assumed I wasn’t on the lease and said that only the leaseholder could come in to get a guest pass, which made the visit awkward. Later, I was told that residents are limited to four guest passes per month and that I would not be able to receive another pass next time.
