This place has the MOST discourteous, unprofessional, inept, and lazy staff/management that I've ever seen. I've called for 5 days straight, all within regular business hours, and they REFUSE to answer the phone. What's more is that I finally decided to dial over and over again. They then began to pickup and hang up on the call. The ownership REALLY needs to get involved here and assess what they're enabling. Visited from out of town to see the facility and stay in one of their Airbnbs. Luke was extremely helpful and kind, answering any questions we had about both the facility and the Airbnb itself. He even took the time to give us a tour so we could see all the amenities in the complex. The apartment was clean, well-stocked, quiet, and thoughtfully prepared — Luke even left us clear directions to help with parking our vehicle. I recently applied here & Bianca was extremely unprofessional, highly immature, unorganized, & disrespectful which in turn helped me realize that I wouldn’t want to live here anyways if this is what applicants are experiencing from her specifically. I do want to give a special thanks to Joey & Christian. These gentleman were very kind during my application process & my rental offer provided me a move in date of October 30 when applying online. My boyfriend and I lived here for over 3 years. The maintenance team were my very favorite people. Luke is always available and Bianca is so very kind. This place was a perfect home for us and I loved living there.
