Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Rent Here! I rented an apartment from this company, and I regret it deeply. The experience was nothing like what was advertised, and it was an absolute nightmare from start. First off, the company claims the building is smoke-free, but cigarette smoke seeps in from everywhere. It’s unbearable—coming through the vents, walls, cabinet, closet and even heat. This place disguises itself as this homey family friendly establishment and for the most part that is true. But the two years I was there, my personal experience did not prove this to be all true. First and foremost expect your rent to go up $100+ per year. Expect your living quarters to look like 1998. And of course to get screwed on your security deposit.
