Honestly rude customer service. The place is trash. I would find another place.
I lived here three years, the buildings are nice and clean, sound insulation is perfect and have never seen something like that. The amenities are supper wonderful especially the pool at the summer. It os also very safe and calm. The management company are really good and handle your concern fast and in a great way, Phil is a nice and great person to know and deal with him.
ive lived here for almost 2 years now and I have no complaints. Phil, the property manager, is seriously the best. He goes out of his way to make sure everything and everyone is happy. Miguel, their maintenance worker, is amazing and super quick with the repairs. this is a great quiet place with a friendly staff!
Nah. They'll overcharge and you wont get your deposit back. They'll also have you pay for damages you never caused to happen.
Lived there for a couple of years in the mid 90‘s . Was a nice place to live at, quiet and clean.
