My family and I have been here for a few months and truly love where we stay. Phil is the best property manager I have ever experienced. On his time off you constantly see him on the property cleaning up and talking with the residents to make sure everything is good. He has the best spirit you ever want to meet.
Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Rent Here! I rented an apartment from this company, and I regret it deeply. The experience was nothing like what was advertised, and it was an absolute nightmare from start. First off, the company claims the building is smoke-free, but cigarette smoke seeps in from everywhere. It’s unbearable—coming through the vents, walls, cabinet, closet and even heat.
