Had an issue with my boat. Parts not available, but mechanic Tim walked through parts department and with his years of experience got me everything I needed to get back on the water!! Vacation saved!!
Great customer service ,gave me lots of suggestions when I was looking for something they didn't have. I highly recommend them. The only suggestion for the store. Answer your phone. I always have a hard time getting a hold of someone. I aways end up leaving a message, which they do call back eventually.
Very friendly service, fella knew what parts l needed. Suggested a lower priced alternative product for my motor. Had everything l needed. Will make this my new Mercury store A1
Was fortunate to have had Tim and the wizards in the shop rig up my boat on very short notice and was very grateful for the excellent work they did. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are transparent about any work done, you’ll find no better marine service in town. Thanks again.
