We had a Really hard Time Getting tech support in the Field, We used to work with Chase Kim months ago and he was really good above and beyond but now we purchased a Board and Installed it yesterday, Having the worst experience now getting installation Support where the board is not showing up and Adrian is not helping. Yesterday he told us the business hours are 7-3. No problem we can respect that even though Google Says 8am to 5pm.
