The software seems to be a good program with a lot of features, but the training sold with the software could definitely use some improvement. Training seemed to be for very very basic features of the software, When it came to customizing the badge designs for our clients and asking for instructions on how to do this, it seemed like it was the first time staff was ever asked these questions. They appeared to be very unprepared for the questions and tasks I had emailed to them in advance and I ended up figuring out most of it... read more
