I bought some sandblasting nozzles from IDS on February 1st and didn’t get them until June 12th. I didn’t need them anymore so I tried to contact them no answer. Called them front desk wasn’t very nice. Said I was gonna have to pay a restocking fee. I was like okay no biggie. So I go to the post office to return them costs me 11 dollars to send them back. All around horrible communication and even worse shipping. If you need sandblasting or powder coating stuff go on eBay or Amazon. 4 months is insanity.
I purchase ground glass media here and its always ready having called ahead. They can take care of all your blasting needs.
Great experience from start to finish. Quick reply to my initial contact and quick follow-up to my questions. Project (sand blasting and primer painting) was delivered within the quoted timeline and price. Staff is very helpful with loading and unloading. I will be using IDS for future projects.
Parts are good, but good luck trying to get it on time. For some reason it’s takes days after you place an order for them to process it and receive payment. Then who knows how long it’s gonna take to get the item. It’s now been over a week since purchase and no update.
These guys have always done great work for us, Indy's Garage, thanks for helping out with our projects.
