when u sell cars with damage and u tell people to bring it back that you'll fix it then only fix what u choose to fix instead of what was agreed upon . Then when it is brought to your attention that the main thing that needed done my main concern never got done so I bring it to your attention and you sit there with this arrogant attitude saying that was never brought up. which is a complete lie . Run. Run away! These awful people clearly don’t want to deal. The salesperson I communicated with via text was snarky and rude from the get-go. When I called him out, it got no better. There are a zillion other places to shop for a car in the Cleveland Metro Area - car shopping is stressful enough as it is - so you don’t need to bother with this one, that’s for sure. My experience with I Drive Motors went exceptionally well. They had the right car for me with the right packages. They made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. Offered a third party warranty and financing was available if I wanted. Will definitely do business again! See you guys in a couple years for my next car!
Went there and they were very pleasant and professional, gave me the history of the vehicle, let us really check out the vehicle with no rush or pressure as well as worked with us on the appointment time and the price of the vehicle. Honest people who I would buy another vehicle from and currently recommend.
