I was a first-time homebuyer when I started with iDream Realty. Before being introduced to them, I was using another agent from a different company. Let me tell you I was NOT happy with my agent. Rosa and Mark (iDream Realty) are an awesome team. They were enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the property that I hoped to purchase. The rating is LOW because I've had difficulty obtaining/getting my earnest money returned to me after the cancelation of a contract. I've called the office and I've sent text messages BUT no response. Strange no response.
