I was a first-time homebuyer when I started with iDream Realty. Before being introduced to them, I was using another agent from a different company. Let me tell you I was NOT happy with my agent. This led me to seek help elsewhere. I happened to get set up with iDream Realty and an agent named Tomas Hernandez. Rosa and Mark (iDream Realty) are an awesome team. They were enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the property that I hoped to purchase. The rating is LOW because I've had difficulty obtaining/getting my earnest money returned to me after the cancelation of a contract. I've called the office and I've sent text messages BUT no response. Strange no response.
