They did a good job repairing the unit after a really bad tenant. Just one month and I had new tenants with a 40% increase in rent.

Craig was awesome
Craig is the man. He will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have a good apt hunting experience. I chose not to rent because maintenance was lack luster but Craig did all in his power to get them to cooperate. As far as management goes they/Craig did great but the owner and maintenance are horrible. I give Craig five stars but everything else is a zero.
