I had a terrible experience with IDN Hardware in Hayward, California. I would strongly advise anyone to be very careful when dealing with this place. First, they made a mistake with the lock they sold me. I explained clearly what I needed, but they still gave me the wrong product. When I realized the problem and came back to resolve it, instead of taking responsibility, they made the situation difficult and unprofessional.
