Si piensas mudarte a estos apartamentos piénsalo dos veces me mudé el mes de agosto al poco tiempo el aire empezó a fallar apenas cocino adentro y se calienta ya llevo más de tres semanas con eso he ido a la oficina y nada que me arreglan el Aire solo me dicen q si lo van a cambiar y es fecha q no hacen nada yo en ocasiones tengo q cocinar afuera para q no se caliente adentro mala experiencia en estos apartamentos.
Thank you to the amazing office staff especially Perla ! Apartment was ready , we did walk throughs to ensure everything was ready and clean! The apartments are cute and cozy , a nice home feeling. Property is cleaned daily by maintenance staff. The pool is a nice relaxing oasis Vibe ! Come apply here ! You’ll love it

They knowingly put me into a cockroach infestation. I cannot speak on behalf of the entire complex, but my building (the 1500's, specifically 1504) was infested with cockroaches from the first day I moved in. As I was starting to bring my stuff in, I was noticing dead cockroaches all over the living room. They called an exterminator and he sprayed like 3 squirts and left and also had maintenance come and caulk up the place, but that didn't work.
