I am searching for a one bedroom, one bath apartment in an over 55, income based community. This is my favorite place, and I visited (not called) the office a few weeks ago. They had a brand new manager, who was very friendly, and took her time visiting with me. Ads are for Seniors, click and bait, they are going to public housing and rates are going to double for the same units. Phone calls aren't returned for several weeks later. The Tenants of these units should all be notified that their rent is going to double when their contract is up.
My mother likes living here. The apartments are nice and comfortable.
Great people management had issues with previous employees but there is no concern now. Very professional and polite.
