Great service. Excellent food. I have never been disappointed. My family and I have been eating there at least twice a year for the last 20 years.

While you found your dining experience underperformed our usual standards, we highly appreciate the time you took to not only visit us, but to leave this review. We recently had an unusually tough batch of meat sent to us by mistake resulting in tough prime rib. We were forced to take the popular item off the menu for several days until replacements arrived. Our garlic cheese bread is house made and toasted just prior to serving our guests soup or salad. Again thank you for the constructive review.
Terrible steak. I couldn't cut it let alone eat it. Sent it back to be cooked more and it came back warmer but the quality was the same. Very bad plate for $30.
Stayed in Barstow for 2 weeks while working on base, I ate nothing but fast food and Chilies for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Found Idle Spurs on my last night and was relieved. The only real restaurant in/around Barstow. I would go back anytime.
