I’m really disappointed with my experience here. The shop has a clearly stated 72-hour cancellation policy for refunds, which I followed exactly. I canceled within that timeframe and sent multiple emails to both my artist and the shop to make sure everything was handled properly. Unfortunately, I received no response at all—no confirmation, no acknowledgment, nothing.
