I've been here since November of 2024 and i have no complaints! Maintenance team, Leasing office, amenities are great as well as the views!
I rarely write reviews. I’m very kind, realistic, and level-headed, but this experience has made me reconsider apartment living. The apartments themselves are nice and the complex looks fine overall. The maintenance team is great. However, there is no complimentary guest parking, and the complex frequently smells like weed. If you plan to live here without special circumstances (pets, paid parking, etc.), you’ll likely be fine, but if you need anything from management, it can be difficult. Unfortunately there is no ZERO Star, otherwise I would choose it! Amazing building, amenities, apartments, view. Everything is great about the building, except the management!!! Thoroughly enjoying living at Rivergate
This is a terrible place to live and the community declined once management changed to Capital Square Living. Please review the real reviews on yelp because they often delete google reviews. The hallway carpet is extremely dirty, when touring please view other areas besides the toured apartment. The trash is placed in the hallway after 5:00pm and they usually pick it up around 9:00 pm causing the hallway to smell and have pest.
