If I have to choose again to live here, I won’t. They try to charge you regardless for the condition of a carpet when you move out. The hallways dirty. People speed in the garage. Kids be running around. Also, roaches. They said the whole carpet had to be replaced lol, I know my clean out was better than the people they hired.
Have been living here for 3 years and had a noise complaint. I thought they are pet friendly and because we had visitors with kids the kids were thumping. So we got a warning. Don’t recommend living here find some other place that will be less of a headache if you have people coming over. UPDATE: August 28th Got my move out statement. It's refreshing to see how much effort has been put into making the community a better place to live.
