Don’t move here you’ll R EG R E T IT. We saw theft happen here, cops running always in hallways due to domestic violence issues, walls are thin, the hallways on some levels smells like weed and cigarettes, the pool is ok, the location of apartments next to I call them “sand dunes” isn’t really ideal. Multiple emails were sent regarding a noise disturbance that’s been occurring for months. Nothing has been resolved, management does not care about residents.
It honestly feels like the management team’s main priority is collecting money rather than maintaining a positive living environment for residents. Instead of addressing concerns or working with tenants, they make everything unnecessarily complicated and stressful. I would strongly discourage anyone from renting at this apartment complex due to the management team. The management is extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, and seems more focused on finding ways to take your money than actually helping residents.
I had one of the worst experiences living at Riverview Apartments in Woodbridge. After moving out, I was charged over $2,300 in move-out fees without clear explanation. I repeatedly asked for itemized bills, but no one responded. Instead, the charges were sent to debt collectors without properly communicating with me first.
