I wish I could give zero stars, such a negative experience. The doctor is arrogant, disrespectful, and downright unprofessional!! My wife and I waited for over two hours even after being required to be there an hour early. First impressions: Before you enter there is a sign on the door that states no one but the patient is allowed in the exam rooms except for caregivers. I waited with my mother for almost two hours to see the doctor. Normally I only have to wait one hour. And the last 3/4 times we have only been able to see the PA. This time I called in advance to set a day when I could see him but they still sent the PA in instead. The PA has no real power to change her medication or dosage in this case. Extremely frustrating.
