A company contracted to work with and only with a vet. No personal advocacy allowed. Offering many tests that lead to better health outcomes for animals. One for example being skin cytology, that in the past was done in house at the time of seeing a pet- now takes 3 weeks to complete- though their website states 2 hours to 3 days. Idexx could posture that this is a more advanced test- much better than looking at cells under a microscope. They could say they are backed up with tests.
