I took my iPhone to Best Buy and they told me I needed $300 worth of repairs to get it turned on.... then went to here to get a second opinion and it was just the battery!! It turned on!! Saved me SO much money and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I won’t go anywhere else but here!
Got the pleasure to actually have Tammy fix my iPhone screen. Because she let all her employees off for the holidays! Sounds like a caring boss and she did great work on my phone! Also was the cheapest price in town. I Highly recommend!
After having a streamlined experience at another cell repair shop this week, I remembered why I was so hesitant to try to have my phone fixed...it was my experience at this place two years ago. Communication was tedious. Like a crooked mechanic, once they lock you into one repair, they’ve “found” others. If you want your screen to work more then 2 months I recommend going somewhere else! We took in a iPhone 6 for a screen replacement (not the glass) 2 months later half the screen quiet working. Us thinking they would do right by their "business" took the phone back because obviously with nothing happening to the phone in those 2 months it was their mess up! I have a surface pro 4 for work, dropped it off a 4ft ladder and cracked the screen one day. Decided to take it to CPR Northshore as they were closer. A few weeks later, the screen cracked again with no dropping or anything. Just started from the side and crept inwards. CPR stated that they can't warrantee it since it was damage, so I paid for them replace it again. About a month later it developed another crack coming out of the mic hole!
