I made an appointment there a couple of weeks ago for 10 a.m. on a Friday. I get there and the shop is closed. I waited a bit and no one ever showed up. I left a message. The owner contacted me and apologized and said that she would send me a gift certificate or something in the mail to make up for this. Then that never happened! Apparently they do not want or need new business. So very disappointed in the lack of professionalism with this shop.
I just love this place... Everyone is so friendly, I had Natalie and she took her time and did amazing job ...I wish I could give her 100stars I will be back...
I just switched salons not too long ago and Kristin has treated me so well. I leave feeling happy with my hair and confident. Keep up the excellent work! 😄
