So disappointed in my childs first move in experience. Construction wasn’t all the way completed even a year later and they went through a couple of different construction firms well building it.They never did finish painting all the walls and the metal from the corners of the wall or showing through. RecommendedIncredible place to live! The placement right across from campus is unbeatable and the free coffee and food they provide every morning is super convenient. The property manager Karen really cares about the renters and works very hard to quickly fix any issues that arise. The maintenance staff is super responsive and friendly. They usually fix any problems we have the same day and keep the complex super clean. The apartments are very spacious and great for hosting guests. Extremely satisfied with living here.
Great place to live! Love how close it is to campus! Great staff! Enjoy all of the events that happen weekly on site. The rooftop is super fun all year around because of the fire pit and the BBQs. Highly recommend living here!!
Ashley, Austin and Arianna in the sales office are outstanding. As a parent, I have had many questions and they answered them each and every time with professionalism. Getting very excited for move in day!!
I love the identity Reno Apartments! The staff here is incredible and extremely helpful. They were more than willing to help me sign my lease and answer any questions I had about the property. Ashley always has a smile on her face and she goes out of her way to make sure I am taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone living in Reno!
I am so excited to live here next year! I can't wait :)
