Identity Health Clinic is amazing! Friendly staff, attentive doctors, and made the visit feel comfortable and welcoming. I had to get in for an emergency appointment where I was struggling getting insurance to cover my medication, the doctor understood my concerns and fought the insurance company so I could get my medication covered. The administration's decisions to hire non accredited professionals to provide services to ALL has really been detrimental to the health care services of many. My spouse's prescriptions can't be refilled until another provider is available in mid November, after we were assured this wouldn't be an issue after Monica Perez left the clinic. Now he is out of medicine and they won't refill because their current provider is not accredited to see male patients. This is the first time I ever heard of a situation like this!
Wasted about 50 dollars trying to see a therapist here, was given a psychologist who just wanted to talk about my meds. If you need gender affirming care, I would recommend you just have an honest chat with your primary care provider.
They are always finding solutions, and I appreciate my nurses more than anyone! I am lucky to have their support and patience.
