Be aware that the iheart gift cards are not valid on independent contractors. All massage therapists and several stylists. This is amazing that I have to determine who can take my gift cards. If a gift card is bought saying Identity Salon then it should cover all of the stylists. I do not recommend this salon.

I do recommend this salon for men’s haircuts and beard shaping on behalf of my boyfriend. However, I called and scheduled a dry cut and style for myself. When I arrived I had a small wait time(which was fine) but when the woman did call me back she said no one told her she had me as a client. The hair stylist did not talk to me the entire time she was working. Awkward. Lastly, when she was finished, she did not ask if I liked it, and she DID NOT style it.
