I have had Identifix since July 2015. At the time it was at least a thousand percent improvement over Mitchel1 and ALLDATA. However, in the last couple of years I have come to hate it. I am not saying Mitchel 1 or ALLDATA are now better (they are just as bad as before) What I am saying is it is obvious and confirmed via telephone calls that they are struggling and have not and will not spend the money to improve.
