Fast ...in and out
After getting fingerprint it took to long for the results to get back. Going on 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for the results.
It was very quick, easy and, efficient process. I made an appointment online. I even showed up 30min early and was in and out in less than 15 min. Very nice staff. Its a multi suite building so I could see parking being an issue if its busy.
Why is the phone number being intentionally hidden when they know people frequently drive an hour+ there and back for their services?
Was a walk-in appt for TSA. Was told I couldn’t be seen because I didn’t have an appt. Wish there was somewhere corporate to complain to, after driving an hour each way for this runaround.
