Update: part went out not because of them it’s just my washer! They came and fixed it for Free they honor their warranty Wonderful company! They came out same day to look at my washer ordered the part and came back as soon as the part came in! Year warranty on part and labor! Well prices! The guy who came out was so so friendly!!! 10/10 definitely recommend!
I first contacted Mike on Thumbtack he was the first one to response to my dryer repair! My dryer was not heating and he came out and fixed the heating element as well as a roller that he said needed to be replaced to make my dryer quieter! And it did, he also had a warranty which came in handy because my dryer just stopped all of a sudden and he came out next day and repaired it for free in like 10 mins! Excellent service
Mike is amazing! He came out on a Sunday to repair our dryer that went out suddenly! He also explained what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. Part was under warranty as well! I will definitely call iDealService for my future appliance repairs!
