I recently purchased a snow blower form Ideal Yard ware. We received the snow blower not in working order. I took it back to get it repaired or returned and they said they have a no return policy and would not honor the return policy of the manufacturer. They do not have the "no return policy" posted anywhere. They would not test my machine to see what was wrong with it and laughed me out of the store. While we are certainly understanding of peak times during business hours what we are also acutely aware of is that if your business cannot even answer the phone during normal business hours (busy or not) then you probably have not earned anyones $$$. After a few phone calls that went unanswered I decided to stop into Ideal to see if the business was actually still open.
