I love this plan !!!! I gain weight easily because of low thyroid and I find this easy and successful. !!!!! If I can do it anyone can !!!! At times I cook for a crew of 15-20 ppl at seeding and harvest (3x) a day. I was able to lose weight during those times eating my own food and drooling over their food!!!! I kept it off until I went hog wild in December so I will be back for a tune up !!! Lol.
I got to the point where I felt like I was sweating mayonnaise and knew it was time for a change. Referred to this by a friend and can’t imagine my life without it. Every product I’ve had has been delicious and the meal plan has been super easy to follow. My coach is fantastic and nothing but encouraging and supportive. I rave about this program to anyone who asks!
Best healthy eating plan to lose weight. The program is very structured and works great if you follow it! In about 8 weeks I lost 20lbs. My coach, Jen, was fantastic. She is wonderful at answering questions and always pleasant and motivating. She keeps the communication lines open which aids not only during the weight loss stages, but also throughout maintenance. I highly recommend this clinic!
