Incompetent staff only concerned about billing. At his eye doctor, I discovered that the recent replacement glasses Ideal Vision Care made with an outdated prescription. They did not offer so much as an apology and even said, while looking at his file, "He's had so many prescriptions, it's hard to tell which one is current." We will be finding another vision center.
They was a very professional very helpful just need more variety of frames
