My Freightliner broke down due to DEF up the road from Ideal. It was throwing faults and not allowing a Regen. I called Ideal because they were in Network with NTP. Brian Collins, I assume the owner, told me that they had the diagnostic equipment to clear the code and would at least diagnose it that night. Great, I thought, because we were loaded. Not only did they not diagnose it for 6 days. Once they did diagnose it they informed me they did not have the proper diagnostic equipment and I would have to tow the unit up the r... read more
avoid this place if can because my truck was working fine before it got there and thay spent one hour on it and charged me 400$ but instead of fixing the problem thay made it even worse and I had to tow my truck.
