Very kind and nice people especially to the owner and the family.
Please don’t be fooled by the good reviews. They have terrible customer service. The guy that helped me, this younger asian dude with glasses. was in a bad mood! didn’t smile or engage with any customer that came up. This poor elderly gentlemen was ignored and wasn’t shown any kindness! I went because of the great reviews. Very disappointed! If I could give them zero stars I would.
I first discovered this smog check place about three years ago, and I’ve been coming back ever since. The entire team has always been exceptional, professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. During my visit today, I found out that my registration was unexpectedly suspended. I wasn’t sure what to do, but the staff went above and beyond to assist me.
