I had a fantastic experience at the dental office, and a big part of that was thanks to Grace at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She greeted me with a smile, helped me check in quickly, and answered all my questions with patience and clarity!
Rosa did an incredible job with making me feel comfortable and easing my anxiety around dental work. She also was tremendously helpful with giving me tips and educating me on how to improve my oral hygiene and gave me recommendations and showed me how to floss and brush for better gum health. She was the most attentive and friendly dental hygienist!
My son has been going to ideal smiles for years, he is a college student. For his last visit he had to cancel last minute because he contracted the flu. This practice had to nerve to call him and say "we can no longer see you as a patient" horrible customer service, obsessive calls, demands payments upfront, very unprofessional practice- save yourself headaches and look elsewhere, there are plenty of good QUALIFIED dentist in Bellevue that actually care about the patient.
I travel an hour and a half each way to come to this office! The care I receive is excellent every time. During my pregnancy I got tailored recommendations and advice. I felt able to make well-informed health decisions. Thank you all so much!!
