I’ve been going to Ideal Smiles for several years. They always take care of me well and make sure the my dental health is all planned out and well cared for. Wendy the dental hygienist was the one that took care of me today. She got a nice gentle touch that didn’t feel like my gums or teeth were being probed. The dentist (I think Dr. Hansen) was also very gentle and made sure all my questions were answered. Highly recommend!
Dr. Du was extremely professional and kind. She explained everything to me very thoroughly and asked me if I had any questions frequently. Dr. Du showed me compassion and understood my anxiousness and she actively listened to me and my concerns. I am feeling so honored to work with a Dr that reeeaaaally understands dental care the way it’s meant to be. So very person centered and makes needed care accessible, and for once, it’s possible to live with no pain at all. My partner gets to feel that because of her new dentist. My Honey has worked so hard in her life and gives to so many daily. First time ever at a dentist and it was very friendly service, and very helpful and educative. Transparent about cost and treatment plan. Treatment plan is very particular to your needs. Made the new patient exam very comfortable. I definitely recommend!!!!
