Dr. Du was extremely professional and kind. She explained everything to me very thoroughly and asked me if I had any questions frequently. Dr. Du showed me compassion and understood my anxiousness and she actively listened to me and my concerns. I can’t express enough how amazing the Ideal Smiles team is!! From Grace who greets me with a smile every time I come in to all of the providers, my family and I have a great time coming in to the dentist. The process is seamless and scheduling is convenient. Can’t recommend enough!!
Last filling done from other dental clinic was bothering me for a long time. Fortunately Dr, Lily Du fixed it this March, she did an excellent job. I want to thanks to her and her team at Ideal Smiles in Bellevue, WA.
I’ve been going to Ideal Smiles for several years. They always take care of me well and make sure the my dental health is all planned out and well cared for. Wendy the dental hygienist was the one that took care of me today. She got a nice gentle touch that didn’t feel like my gums or teeth were being probed. The dentist (I think Dr. Hansen) was also very gentle and made sure all my questions were answered. Highly recommend!
